By purchasing, you agree to indemnify blastxmktg against any liability, fire damage, or personal injury resulting from improper installation or electrical code violations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Section 3 \u2013 Information Accuracy and Luminous Specifications<\/strong> While we mandate stringent quality control, we do not warrant that product descriptions (e.g., Lumen output, Color Temperature\/Kelvins, Wattage limits) are entirely error-free. Minor variations in manufacturer batches are common in the lighting industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Section 4 \u2013 Right of Refusal and Commercial Arbitrage<\/strong> The Company reserves the unilateral right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. We actively monitor for algorithmic purchasing (bots) and commercial arbitrage, and will actively block IP ranges engaging in such activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Section 5 \u2013 Indemnification Clause<\/strong> You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless blastxmktg, its directors, officers, and logistical partners from any claim, demand, liability, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the purchased lamps\/fixtures, or your violation of any applicable US law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Section 6 \u2013 Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction<\/strong> These Terms of Service shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the <strong>State of Tennessee, United States<\/strong>, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
