Section 1 – Logistical Framework and US Jurisdiction The logistics operations of blastxmktg are strictly confined to the domestic borders of the Contiguous United States (Lower 48 states). We utilize a network of premium carriers specialized in the handling of fragile electronics and glass lamp components. We do not currently facilitate international shipping or deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories.
Section 2 – Order Processing and Fragility Auditing
- Cut-Off Parameters: Orders executed and financially cleared prior to 5:00 PM (EST) will be queued for the following business day’s processing cycle.
- Handling Window: All outbound shipments undergo a mandatory 1 to 3 business day processing window. This includes a physical “Fragility Audit” where glass shades and electrical components are checked and reinforced before dispatch.
Section 3 – Transit Estimates and Carrier Partnerships We absorb the cost of standard domestic transit, offering Free Standard Shipping on all authorized orders.
- Estimated Transit Time: Deliveries generally span 5 to 12 business days (Monday–Friday) depending on your proximity to our distribution hubs.
- Carrier Network: Our primary logistical partners include FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
Section 4 – Strict Delivery Requirements for Fragile Goods
- Physical Addresses Only: Due to stringent carrier insurance policies for fragile goods, we are structurally unable to dispatch goods to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or APO/FPO military addresses. A verifiable physical domicile or commercial address is mandatory.
- Signature Protocol: To mitigate the risk of package theft and ensure the secure transfer of delicate lighting equipment, high-value deliveries may require a physical signature from an individual aged 18 years or older.
Section 5 – Address Validation and Undeliverable Packages Consumers bear the ultimate responsibility for ensuring the absolute accuracy of their shipping coordinates during checkout. Packages returned to our Nashville facility due to invalid addresses, continuous delivery failures, or refusal to accept delivery will incur a Return to Sender (RTS) fee of $25.00 USD, which will be deducted from any subsequent refunds.
