Section 1 – Federal Compliance and Consumer Rights This Master Return and Refund Agreement governs all commercial transactions processed via blastxmktg. Our corporate policies strictly comply with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines for electronic commerce and the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). We guarantee that all lighting fixtures and lamps distributed through our channels meet acceptable quality standards for the United States market.

Section 2 – Voluntary 30-Day Technical Evaluation Period We extend a voluntary 30-day evaluation window to our domestic customers. This timeframe actively commences upon the digital timestamp of delivery confirmation by the carrier. For lighting fixtures, chandeliers, and electrical components, this return is only valid if the product has not been hardwired, mounted, or integrated into a power grid. Once a lamp or electrical fixture has been installed or modified, it is classified as “used” for safety and liability purposes and cannot be returned under the standard change-of-mind provision.

Section 3 – Strict Eligibility and Structural Condition for Fragile Assets To qualify for an authorized return, lighting assets must conform to the following rigorous standards:

  • Pristine and Non-Installed State: The product must exhibit zero signs of wire stripping, bracket mounting, or electrical usage.
  • Original Factory Packaging: All original internal protective materials—including custom styrofoam molds, anti-static wraps, and reinforced corrugated inserts—must be returned in their original configuration to prevent glass shattering during return transit.
  • Technical Documentation: The return must include all original wiring diagrams, UL certification tags (if applicable), and the official order confirmation.

Section 4 – Exemptions and Safety Compliance Protocols Due to US electrical safety standards, the following are strictly excluded from voluntary returns:

  • Bespoke or custom-configured lighting systems manufactured to specific architectural requirements.
  • Light bulbs, LED arrays, or delicate components where the protective vacuum or factory seal has been breached.
  • Items damaged due to improper installation by non-certified personnel.

Section 5 – Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and Glass Breakage Protocol

  • Formal Petition: Returns will not be accepted at our facilities without an authorized RMA Number issued via contact@blastxmktg.shop.
  • Fragile Goods Transit Damage (Critical): Given the fragile nature of glass lampshades and ceramic components, any transit-related breakage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with high-resolution photographic evidence. Failure to report breakage within this window will void carrier insurance claims.
  • Return Transit Liability: The customer bears the legal responsibility for ensuring that the fragile goods are adequately insured and securely packaged for the return journey to our Nashville, TN facility.

Section 6 – Financial Restitution and Restocking Fees

  • Defective Goods: In the event of a recognized electrical failure or structural defect upon arrival, blastxmktg will cover all return freight costs via pre-paid FedEx/UPS labels and provide a full refund or exact replacement.
  • Voluntary Returns: For change-of-mind returns, the customer assumes all return freight liabilities. A standard 15% Restocking and Quality Control Fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of technical electrical safety testing and manual repackaging of fragile glass components.
